WHATS NEW:

1. support full image flash function for all models, add full image binary file for most models(all the supported file are EU & SIMFree version). More flash image files can be released later according to user's request.
2. added support for OT-222/OT-300/Miss Sixty 2
3. corrected OT-216 wrong boot parameter
4. corrected OT-808/OT-880 read provider ID problem
5. add special golden secure file to support some Alcatel special firmware version, example Orange Africa. Also add check code to detect such special firmware and give warning to user !
